Docusign for Nonprofits (formerly Docusign IMPACT)
Docusign gives eligible nonprofits 30 to 50 per cent off select annual plans, verified through Goodstack. Verification happens after you buy, and a successful verification lasts five years.

Who's eligible
Docusign has nonprofit pages for several countries (including Australia and Switzerland). Eligibility follows Goodstack's country rules; a full country list was not confirmed.
- Be recognised as a charitable or nonprofit organisation by your local regulator (for example 501(c)(3) in the US)
- Complete Goodstack's nonprofit verification and program eligibility application
- Buy an annual plan (no discount on monthly plans) and stay within seat limits (for IAM: 3-seat minimum, 25-seat maximum)
- Comply with Docusign's Reasonable Use Policy

How to apply
- 1Go to the Docusign nonprofit page for your country and pick an annual plan.
- 2Provide your organisation's details when asked at checkout.
- 3Complete the purchase. Docusign uses your details to verify your eligibility through Goodstack within about three business days.
- 4If approved, the nonprofit discount is applied. If not, Docusign will contact you.

Tips
- Successful verification is good for five years and then may need re-verification.
- Check whether the free or lower-cost options in your CRM, Adobe Acrobat or Google Workspace already cover your e-signature needs.
- The program was formerly branded Docusign IMPACT; the current name is Docusign for Nonprofits.
