About GiveNow+

GiveNow is an Australian online donation platform for charities and not-for-profits. There is no subscription: charities pick a plan with a platform fee, and donors can choose to cover it. It issues tax-deductible receipts automatically for organisations with Deductible Gift Recipient status.

Pricing: No sign-up or subscription fee and no lock-in contract. Platform fee depends on the plan: Start 1.5%, Basic 2.7%, Pro 3.5%. Donors can choose to cover the platform fee (about 80% do, according to GiveNow). Payment provider fees are separate and low, around 0.26% for DGR organisations and up to 0.99% for non-DGR on Visa/Mastercard, 1.43% for Amex, none for direct debit.
