HubSpot offers 40 per cent off Professional and Enterprise products to new nonprofit customers, but only in North America, Australia and New Zealand while the program is in a pilot. It does not apply to Starter plans.

Who's eligible
Pilot: nonprofits located and registered in North America, Australia or New Zealand. HubSpot says rollout to other countries is pending, so the UK and Ireland are not currently covered.
- Be located and registered as a nonprofit in North America, Australia or New Zealand
- Be a new HubSpot customer (no discount on existing subscriptions)
- Sign an annual one-year contract
- Meet HubSpot's nonprofit eligibility criteria
Usually not eligible
- Existing HubSpot customers (for the discount on existing subscriptions)
- Starter-tier products and certain limit increases
- Organisations outside the pilot regions
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers
How to apply
- 1Check your organisation is in North America, Australia or New Zealand and is new to HubSpot's paid products.
- 2Go to hubspot.com/nonprofits and use the contact sales form, noting that you are interested in the HubSpot for Nonprofits program.
- 3Speak to HubSpot sales and provide proof of nonprofit status.
- 4Sign an annual contract for Professional or Enterprise products with the 40 per cent discount applied.

Tips
- HubSpot used to be well known for a much larger nonprofit discount through TechSoup. The current official offer is 40 per cent off Professional and Enterprise only.
- Professional plans are still expensive for a small charity even at 40 per cent off. Compare with the free CRM and with nonprofit-specific tools first.
- This is a pilot, so terms and countries may change.
