ElevenLabs reports SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance, with European data residency and zero-retention modes mainly on Enterprise. Third-party reviews say non-Enterprise plans have training on by default, with opt-out applying only to future content; this was not confirmed on an official page. Cloning a real person's voice needs their explicit consent, and voice samples count as biometric data under UK and EU GDPR.
