About pretix+

pretix is a ticket shop and access-control system with open-source components, available as a hosted service in Germany or self-hosted. It covers online sales, point of sale, check-in and a marketing toolkit, with no monthly fee. It is popular with European conferences, festivals and cultural organisations that want a GDPR-focused supplier.

Pricing: Hosted pricing: 2.5% of the ticket price excluding taxes, never more than €15 per ticket; free tickets cost €0.50 each after the first 500 free tickets a year. No monthly fees. Extra modules such as lead scanning and e-invoicing cost more. Special reduced rates are available for nonprofit organisations (the amount was not published on the page). Payments by SEPA debit, card or bank transfer; support Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 German time.
