About SurveyMonkey+

SurveyMonkey is one of the best-known online survey tools, with ready-made templates, question banks and reports. It is a good fit for supporter, member and client feedback surveys. Charities in the US and UK can apply for a discount, and there is a separate application for other countries.

Pricing: Free Basic plan with up to 10 questions per survey and a limited number of responses. Paid individual and team plans have response limits and charge extra for overages. SurveyMonkey's own page showed Australian dollars (individual Advantage A$32/month on annual billing; Team Advantage A$23 per user per month, minimum 3 users). The US dollar figure comes from third-party review sites and was not seen on the official page.
