About Access Charity CRM+

Access Charity CRM, the successor to Access thankQ, is a cloud CRM for large charities, university alumni and fundraising teams and membership organisations. It brings together supporter relationships, giving history, events, membership and grants administration, and it has native Gift Aid processing. It is a mid-to-large organisation product rather than a starter database.

Pricing: Quote only. A UK government G-Cloud pricing document (April 2024) listed Access Charity CRM at about £1,440 per named user per year for 1 to 5 users, falling to about £1,080 per named user per year for 51 or more users, with set-up fees charged separately; check the current G-Cloud listing and Access for up-to-date figures.
