Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud is a configurable CRM covering donor and constituent management, fundraising, grant-making, programme and outcome tracking, volunteers and marketing. It is very powerful and can grow with an organisation, but it usually needs a consultant or an in-house administrator to set up and look after. Eligible nonprofits get 10 Nonprofit Cloud Core licences free through the Power of Us programme.

Pricing: Nonprofit Cloud Sales & Service Core is US$70/user/month billed annually; Advanced is US$125; Sales Max and Service Max are US$285. The page shows USD, GBP and EUR prices; AUD, JPY and SEK were shown as unsupported. The 10 free licences are separate from these list prices. Implementation costs are not included and are often the biggest expense.
