You top up credit and pay only for what you send, and replies are free. Registered nonprofits get 10% extra credit on their first top-up. It publishes local pages for Australia, the UK and the US.

Pricing: No subscription. You top up credit: Boost from $20, Growth from $500 (save 7%), Scale from $3,000 (save 14%) and Enterprise from $10,000 (save 21%). Replies are free. Carrier fees apply for some number types such as 10DLC, toll-free and short codes. The pages I read did not display per-message prices or currency symbols clearly, and UK new customers saw 25% off a first top-up for a limited time, so check the pricing page for your country.
