About JustGiving+

JustGiving lets supporters set up personal fundraising pages and lets charities take donations, with Gift Aid claimed on their behalf. Charities pay no platform fee on the free Start plan, only card processing and a fee on Gift Aid it claims. It is widely recognised by UK donors and also operates in several other countries.

Pricing: Start plan has no monthly fee and 0% platform fee. UK charity fees are 1.9% + £0.30 per donation (2.90% + £0.30 for non-GBP currencies) and 5% on Gift Aid claimed through JustGiving (you can opt out). Giving Checkout donations carry no fees. Contactless and text donations are 5%. Grow is £15/month + VAT if you raise up to £15,000 a year, or £39/month + VAT above that. Donors can leave an optional tip. Fees vary by country; JustGiving's fees page lists them from 0% platform fee in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland to 5% in Canada.
