Microsoft offers several nonprofit AI learning routes. The Microsoft Learn path Introduction to AI Skills for nonprofits is a free beginner path of four modules on Copilot in Word, Excel and Copilot Chat. Microsoft Elevate for Changemakers adds an AI for Nonprofits professional credential (developed with LinkedIn and NetHope) and a 10-week Changemaker Fellowship. NetHope and the CyberPeace Institute also run free AI skills courses with Microsoft support.

Pricing: The Microsoft Learn path, the NetHope Unlocking AI for Nonprofits course and the aiskills.ngo course are free. Microsoft's announcement of the AI for Nonprofits credential did not state a cost, so check before enrolling.
