ENCLUDE Tech Donations Programme (Ireland)
ENCLUDE, an Irish charity and social enterprise, is TechSoup's sole partner in Ireland. It validates Irish charities, then gives them access to donated and discounted software from Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Cisco and others for an administration fee.

Who's eligible
Ireland. For charities operating in Ireland and registered there.
- Be validated by ENCLUDE as a nonprofit operating for the public benefit
- Register with your CHY number, your Registered Charity Number (RCN) or your Companies Registration Office (CRO) number
- Meet each donor partner's own extra rules
Usually not eligible
- For-profit organisations, government bodies and individuals (typical TechSoup partner rules; ENCLUDE's own exclusions list was not confirmed)
How to apply
- 1Go to enclude.ie/tech-donations and use the registration link.
- 2Fill in the online form with your CHY, RCN or CRO number and organisation details.
- 3Wait for ENCLUDE to validate your organisation.
- 4Log in, check which offers you are eligible for and place requests in the online shop.
- 5Pay ENCLUDE's administration fee, and the donor partner directly where the product is discounted rather than donated.
- 6For Microsoft, also register at nonprofit.microsoft.com (validation by Goodstack). For Google, Canva, Zoom and similar programs, verify with Goodstack.

Tips
- Register with the Charities Regulator first if you operate in Ireland and are required to; it is the main public record Goodstack, Google and Microsoft will check.
