About CiviCRM+

CiviCRM is a free, open-source CRM built for nonprofits and advocacy groups, covering contacts, donations, events, memberships, email and case management. It works with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and Backdrop. The software is free, but you pay for hosting and usually for set-up help from a partner.

Pricing: The software is free under the AGPL v3 licence. You pay for hosting (self-hosted, a CiviCRM partner, or CiviCRM Spark) and any customisation or support. Hosted costs were not checked.
