About Zoho CRM+

Zoho CRM is a general-purpose CRM with a free plan for up to three users and a wide range of connected Zoho apps. It is not built for fundraising, so donation tracking and receipting need customisation or other Zoho tools. Registered nonprofits can apply for Zoho for Nonprofits wallet credits that cover half of eligible purchases.

Pricing: Free edition for up to 3 users. Paid plans, annual billing, in USD (third-party sources, 2026): Standard US$14, Professional US$23, Enterprise US$40, Ultimate US$52 per user per month; monthly billing costs more. The Zoho page loaded for this research showed Indian rupees (Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400, Ultimate ₹2,600) because prices follow your location; it also lets you switch to USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD and CAD.
