About Dotdigital+

Dotdigital (formerly dotmailer) is a UK-based email and marketing automation platform with segmentation, automation, SMS and landing pages. Standard commercial pricing is aimed at mid-size businesses, but UK charities can buy lighter packages with training through Charity Digital, which makes it a realistic option for small and medium UK charities.

Pricing: Through Charity Digital: a Free access tier with basic support, Light at £249 (10,000 emails a year, an account manager and two training sessions) and Pro at £399 (20,000 emails a year, four training sessions); extra email credits are bought separately and there are no per-contact charges or set-up fees. Third-party sources list standard commercial pricing from about £294 per licence per month on the UK Digital Marketplace, which is far higher.
