About Expensify+

Expensify is an expense management app where staff or volunteers photograph receipts, and managers approve reports and reimburse. It connects to QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage Intacct so expenses flow into the accounts. A free Track plan exists for individuals; paid plans charge per member per month.

Pricing: Third-party sources report the Collect plan at about US$5 per member per month, with a free Track plan limited to 25 SmartScans per month. Expensify's own pricing page did not return plan details, so confirm on expensify.com.
