Proton for Business bundles encrypted email, calendar, cloud storage (Drive), a VPN and a password manager (Pass). It is built around privacy and end-to-end encryption. Registered nonprofits can contact sales for reduced pricing across the whole suite.

Pricing: Proton's business pricing page did not load when fetched. Third-party sources for 2026 report Mail Essentials at about US$7.99 per user per month, Workspace Standard at about US$12.99 and Workspace Premium at about US$22.99 (annual billing; monthly billing about 15% dearer).
