Google Workspace is a cloud suite of email at your own domain, shared Drive storage, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet video calls, Chat and Forms. Verified nonprofits get a no-cost nonprofit-only edition (with 100 TB of pooled storage and the Gemini app and NotebookLM) or deep discounts on paid editions. Choose it if your team works mostly in a web browser, shares documents live and uses phones and Macs as much as Windows PCs.
Pricing: Nonprofit-only edition: US$0 per user per month (100 TB pooled storage, Meet up to 150 participants, up to 2,000 users). Paid nonprofit editions: Business Standard US$3.50 and Business Plus US$6.16 per user per month, with Enterprise at 70%+ off. Commercial Business Starter is about US$7 per user per month on annual billing (third-party figure).
