About Upshot+

Upshot is a monitoring, evaluation and learning system for recording participants, tracking progress against outcomes and producing reports and case studies for funders. It was started inside the Football Foundation and became an independent social enterprise (Upshot Systems CIC) in 2021. It does not charge per user, but pricing starts around four figures a year.

Pricing: A search summary of Upshot's site says the annual licence starts from £1,200 + VAT for a delivery account with one project, plus a one-off set-up fee from £1,200 + VAT, with consultancy at £695 + VAT a day and no per-user charge. Upshot's For Deliverers page says pricing depends on turnover or programme budget and account structure and asks for a tailored quote; the figures were not visible on that page.
