About Lamplight+

Lamplight is a cloud case management CRM for UK charities, with a customisable database, outcome tracking (including Core 10, PHQ6 and Outcome Stars), flexible reporting and accessibility features. Hosting fees are based on annual income, so smaller charities pay very little. It is ISO 27001 certified.

Pricing: Hosting is 0.25% of annual income per year, charged monthly, with a minimum of £15/month and maximum of £1,000/month (excluding VAT). One-off set-up and training fees depend on income band: from £0 for income up to £75k, rising to from £7,155 above £3m.
