About Pleo+

Pleo gives staff and volunteers prepaid company cards and a way to claim personal expenses, with receipts captured on a phone and sent to your accounting software. It is based in Denmark and runs across Europe, with UK pricing in pounds. It suits larger charities with many small purchases and expense claims.

Pricing: UK prices per user per month: Start £8 (monthly billing, 1 admin, £5,000 credit limit), Build £14 (3-user minimum, billed yearly), Optimise £18 (3-user minimum, billed yearly). Transaction fees apply, for example £1.50 for local payments on Start and foreign exchange charges of 1.49% to 2.00% depending on the plan. Prices for other countries were not seen.
