About Sumac+

Sumac is a customisable, cloud-based system for client intake, case notes, service delivery and outcome reporting, with add-ons for donations, memberships, volunteers and grants. It was founded in Canada in 1995 and offers Canadian data hosting. It suits small social-service nonprofits that want one flat-rate system instead of per-user pricing. Sumac is now owned and sold by Societ (formerly Silent Partner Software).

Pricing: Third-party listings (Capterra, Societ) show a Basic plan from US$179/month (flat rate, 1,000 contacts, 3 users, 5 GB). Another source lists US$109. No free plan or free trial is listed. Sumac's own site refused connections from this research session, so prices were not confirmed on the vendor site.
