About Dext+

Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) captures data from receipts and supplier invoices and passes it to accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks. Staff photograph a receipt or forward an email and the figures are extracted for the bookkeeper. It is popular with accountants and bookkeepers, so many charities use it because their accountant already does.

Pricing: Dext's own pricing page did not load. Third-party sources for 2026 report Business plans from about US$31.50 a month (US$25.21 billed annually) for 5 users and 250 documents, and UK pricing from about £30 a month. Plans are available in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD and ZAR. Practice plans for accountants are priced per client.
