About Zoho Books+

Zoho Books is cloud accounting from Zoho with localised versions for many countries including the US, UK, Canada and Australia. It has a free plan for very small organisations (the Australian page says revenue under A$50,000 a year) and a 15% discount for registered charities, trusts and societies. It can track projects and donations in multiple currencies and connects with other Zoho apps.

Pricing: Prices differ by country and are shown in local currency. US page (USD): Free; Standard US$20 monthly or US$15 annual; Professional US$50/US$40; Premium US$70/US$60; Elite US$150/US$120; Ultimate US$275/US$240. UK page (GBP, ex tax): Standard £12 monthly or £10 annual; Professional £24/£20; Premium £30/£25. Australian page (AUD, incl. GST): Standard A$19.80 monthly or A$16.50 annual; Professional A$39.60/A$33. The free plan allows 1 user plus 1 accountant and up to 1,000 invoices and 1,000 expenses a year; the Australian page limits it to revenue under A$50,000 a year. Extra users cost about US$2.50 to US$3 per month.
