About Microsoft Planner+

Planner is Microsoft's task and project tool, with boards, lists, schedules and charts that live inside Teams and Microsoft 365. A basic version is included with Business Basic, Standard and Premium plans, so organisations already using Microsoft 365 (including through the nonprofit programme) can use it at no extra cost. More advanced Planner plans add timelines and dependencies for a monthly fee.

Pricing: Basic Planner is included in Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium. Planner Plan 1 (advanced features such as Gantt timelines and dependencies) is US$10/user/month billed annually. Higher Planner and Project plans cost more.
