About Nextcloud+
Nextcloud is open-source software for shared files, calendars, contacts, chat and video calls, offered as a privacy-focused alternative to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The community edition is free to run on your own server or with a hosting company, and Nextcloud also sells supported enterprise subscriptions. It suits organisations that want control over where their data sits and have a volunteer or provider to run it.
Pricing: The community edition is free open-source software with no per-user fee, but you pay for the server or a managed host (third-party sources report managed hosting from about US$11 a month). Nextcloud's own supported plans on its pricing page start at 100 users: Standard EUR71.29, Premium EUR104.99 and Ultimate EUR204.75 per user per year, falling at 200+ users. Nextcloud Talk is a separate add-on from EUR42 per user per year. Nextcloud's page lists no nonprofit discount.
