About SignUpGenius+

SignUpGenius lets you create sign-up sheets for volunteer shifts, events and items, then sends invites and reminders by email and (on paid plans) text. It is the easiest tool here for one-off events and small groups. The free plan is ad-supported; paid plans add text reminders, custom questions, more admins and ad-free pages.

Pricing: Free plan with ads on participant pages. Silver US$11.99/month, Gold US$29.99/month and Platinum US$59.99/month on monthly billing as listed by Capterra; the vendor says annual billing saves 20%. Enterprise is custom. The official pricing page did not render, so confirm current prices.
