Data & privacy+

Tidio stores data on servers in EEA countries (AWS data centres in the EU). It is certified under the EU-US, UK and Swiss data privacy frameworks, has completed a SOC 2 examination, and offers a data processing agreement. Lyro answers from the content you provide rather than training on your conversations. Tidio is a US-linked company, so EU organisations should still sign the data processing agreement.
