About Zoho Workplace+

Zoho Workplace bundles business email at your own domain, shared file storage, online documents, calendar and chat. A free email plan covers up to five users, and paid plans cost a few dollars per user per month. Zoho's pricing page says it has special pricing for nonprofits and charities, arranged through its sales team.

Pricing: Zoho shows prices in your local currency (users in India see rupees), so check the page for your country; USD figures here are third-party reports because the live page did not show amounts when fetched. Free Mail plan: up to 5 users, 5 GB mail storage per user, one custom domain, no IMAP/POP/ActiveSync. Third-party sources report Mail Lite at about US$1, Workplace Standard about US$3 and Professional about US$6 per user per month billed annually, with monthly billing about 20% dearer. Zoho confirms annual billing saves roughly 20%.
