About Basecamp+

Basecamp bundles message boards, to-do lists, schedules, group chat, documents and a card table into each project, with an intentionally simple design. Higher plans are priced per account, not per user, which can be good value for larger volunteer groups. US registered 501(c)(3) charities get 10% off.

Pricing: Free plan: 1 project, 1 GB storage, up to 5 users. Freelancer US$25/month (3 projects, 20 users); Studio US$59/month (10 projects, unlimited users); Pro US$99/month (25 projects); Unlimited US$299/month billed annually. No per-user fee on Studio and above.
