About Aplos+

Aplos is cloud fund accounting software for small and mid-sized US nonprofits and churches. It tracks income and expenses by fund, grant or project, produces donor-ready reports, and includes donation tracking and online giving forms. It is aimed at organisations that outgrew spreadsheets or QuickBooks but do not need an enterprise system.

Pricing: Lite US$79/month (a promotional price of US$39.50 was shown), Core US$129/month, Advanced from US$229/month for organisations with about US$250K+ revenue, and custom pricing for US$1M+ revenue organisations. Third-party sources mention a 15-day trial and six months free for new organisations; those were not confirmed on a vendor page.
