About Microsoft Teams Phone+

Teams Phone adds phone calling to Microsoft Teams so staff can make and take calls on a business number from a computer or mobile. It needs a Microsoft 365 or Teams subscription. Microsoft's nonprofit pricing, from 1 July 2025, is US$4.00 per user a month for Teams Phone Standard, plus extra if you also need a calling plan.

Pricing: From 1 July 2025 Microsoft's nonprofit price for Teams Phone Standard is US$4.00 per user a month (US$48 a year). Teams Phone with a US Zone 1 calling plan is US$12.32 per user a month, and Teams Phone with domestic calling in the UK or Canada is US$5.10. Some resellers list different prices, such as US$4.80, so check your reseller or Microsoft agreement. Prices in other countries differ.
