Smartsheet is a work management platform built around spreadsheet-like sheets, with Gantt and calendar views, forms, automations and dashboards. Large charities and NGOs use it for grant, programme and project tracking. It offers nonprofit pricing but is more expensive than many alternatives and is aimed at organisations with structured project work.

Pricing: Pro US$9/member/month annual (US$12 monthly), 1 to 10 members with unlimited free contributors. Business US$19 annual (US$24 monthly), minimum 3 members. Enterprise and Advanced Work Management are quote only. 30-day free trial; free plan discontinued.
