Zoho for Nonprofits gives eligible registered nonprofits a one-off US$5,000 wallet credit that pays 50% of each eligible Zoho purchase until used up. Zoho Forms is not on the list of excluded products on the programme page.
Create a Zoho account, apply on the nonprofit page with your registration documents, and wait about 7 to 10 business days. Direct application is open in India, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA and Canada; other countries apply through TechSoup validation where a partner exists.

Zoho Forms builds online forms for registrations, applications and surveys, and sends the answers to a spreadsheet or Zoho apps. It has a free plan and low-priced paid plans. Nonprofits can also use Zoho's nonprofit programme, which pays half of each Zoho invoice from a US$5,000 credit.
Pricing: Free plan: 1 user, 3 forms, unlimited form views, 500 submissions a month, 200 MB file storage. Paid plans are Basic, Standard, Professional and Premium. Zoho's pricing page says prices are in USD billed annually but did not show the amounts when fetched; third-party sites report Basic at about US$10 a month on annual billing (US$12 monthly), Standard US$25, Professional US$50 and Premium US$90.
