Data & privacy+

tl;dv states that no customer data is used to train AI. Data is hosted in European data centres (Google Cloud, AWS and Hetzner) and encrypted with AES-256 in storage and TLS in transit. It reports SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance and says it complies with the EU AI Act. When generative AI runs through its Anthropic partnership, tl;dv says metadata is anonymised and meetings are split into randomly ordered pieces.
