Read AI joins your video calls to write summaries, action items and transcripts, and can also search across your meetings, email and chat. The free plan covers five meeting transcripts a month. A nonprofit discount is available only for organisations buying 10 or more licences, by contacting sales.

Pricing: Free: 5 meeting transcripts a month. Pro: US$15 per user per month annual or US$19.75 monthly, with unlimited transcripts. Enterprise: US$22.50 annual or US$29.75 monthly. Data & privacy+

Read says contributing data to improve its models is off by default and you can opt in. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. SOC 2 Type II (audited yearly), GDPR (data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses available) and HIPAA (BAA available). You can choose whether audio and video are kept for playback, and delete reports or your account. Read announces itself at the start of each meeting and participants can opt out, which deletes their data. Data hosting regions were not confirmed.
